The return procedure is as follows:
Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels.
For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.
All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund. Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #. Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

This eye massager is indeed relaxing and a great way to wind down in the evenings. My biggest problem with it is the music that plays. I don't find it relaxing or enjoyable at all. The only way around it that I've found is to connect to Bluetooth and play your own music, or act like you're going to, but then pause the music to get silence. Seems like a lot of work just to get the darn thing to be quiet. Otherwise, the heat, the vibration, and the massage features are excellent!

Good massage, annoying sounds.
Great eye massager. The area that sits on your eyes is a super soft material. It feels well made.
You can loosen or tighten the band around your head to fit your needs.
Easy to charge and turn on and off. Once in place and turned on, the massage begins. It rotates and squeezes but beware, it does squeeze on top of your eye area. Not just around your eyes. Once you are used to it and ready for it, it is easier to relax and enjoy it. If you have sensitive eyes this may be too much.
It has a nice spa like feel. There is a heat option that is really nice. I like that it folds for storage or travel.
Immediately nature sounds begin. You can change the sounds but not the volume. You also do not have the option to turn the sounds off. This is something that needs to be added. After a bit, those darn nature sounds are NOT enjoyable. If you could have the option to sit in silence it would be much better! Overall, it's a great eye massager.

I have loved using my eye massager! It is so relaxing! I usually am bad with trying to figure out electronics, these were easy to use. From the pressure, to heat, to the music…you get your value for money! These help tone out noise and relax, especially before going to sleep. They seem built to last!

i am one of those who cannot stand the mask pushing against my eyeballs. i just dont like it and it kind of frightens me in all honesty aside from being uncomfy. that being said, it does massage quite well and i think if you like the eye part, it does do a very nice job and is quite comforting!

My Queen is hard to please. She loves this thing.
She and I both use heated eye masks (which I recommend to anyone). She has set hers aside for this. It not only substitutes for the old eye mask but provides a gentle massage and either the included sounds or music also. It recharges long before it is needed again and the battery seems to last for quite a while. She has medical issues with her eyes and this has been a medical device that is most appreciated.

It’s only been a week since I started using this mini tens unit. I have experienced a decrease in my bone on bone knee pain. I would definitely recommend this unit. It seems to be working as advertised!
I've been using these for many years. They work great with my TENS unit to help relieve back pain. I find them particularly helpful in relieving sciatic pain.
