I like how light and thin the compression feels. I wear it under my uniform. I am a dental hygienist and my shoulder had rotator cuff surgery due to repetitive movement. The sleeve prevents the pain from use. Plus it washes well and does not loosen.

Purchased this item to support a surgically repaired bicep while playing golf. Its a bit pricey and looks like a cold drink koozy but so far it’s done a good job.

This is a good product unless you have a really big vice subs my husband's arms are 26 inches and even though it says it stretches it did not stretch enough for him I think it would work really well for a normal person's arm though it's made really well

Way overpriced but effectie for bicep tendonitis
I have this in the medium size and it is a perfect fit for me. I have used these as needed to manage my chronic tendonitis issues in my bicep. I find the sleeve to be comfortable while providing the medical-grade compression in the range of 20-30 mm Hg as listed. This is way overpriced for what it is , a synthetic band of fabric but it works for me, so... I place these in s a laundry bag made to wash delicate fabrics and let them air dry. Also, after a few years, the sleeve stretches out and no longer provides compression.
