The pressure of the rounded nails against the skin works similar to acupuncture, to relieve pain and tension, or increase circulation. May be used in combination with the BON Mat and Pillow or by itself.

Simply apply the nails by rolling directly on the skin on the area of your body that you want to treat. Everyone is different, so apply the amount of pressure that is right for you. Even a light pressure will help you feel the treatment! Use your BON Acuroller when needed, preferably daily. 10 to 20 minutes or as long as you desire.
