The two wavelengths serve distinct purposes based on penetration depth and biological effects:
630nm (Red Light):

How do I get started?
Getting started
⦁ Remove the device from its hardshell case. ⦁ (Optional) Attach either the long or short strap, depending on the treatment area. ⦁ Press and hold the on/off button for 2 seconds to turn on the device. ⦁ Press the on/off button again to begin the treatment. ⦁ To stop the treatment, press the on/off button once more, or the device will automatically turn off after the 10-minute session is complete.
Connecting to the Lumaflex App
⦁ Remove the device from its hardshell case. ⦁ Install the Lumaflex App (for IOs, for Android) ⦁ Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and Location feature ⦁ Register your account with us. ⦁ Press the bluetooth icon within the application to connect your device. ⦁ Finetune your treatment, and enjoy your road to wellness!
