Shipping & Returns

The return procedure is as follows:

  • Returns are required to follow the Return Merchandise Authorization #  (RMA) Policy for accurate processing and tracking. RMA #’s are to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns can only be initiated by calling customer service. Please call 855-723-2582 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA #, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. All merchandise without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange all merchandise. iReliev does not provide return shipping labels. 
  • For the protection of our customers and employees. Hygiene products such as electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables may not be returned nor given refund/credit.  
  • All non hygiene disposable merchandise must be received in re-saleable, unopened and unblemished condition to receive full refund.  Acceptable merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Opened, used, and blemished merchandise or packaging may receive Credit/Refund minus 25% restocking fee of the total sale price, less shipping and or international duties and customs fees. Please do not return opened hygiene product including electrode pads, conductive gel, wipes, lead wires and other disposables.
  • Refund Applied: Your credit will be refunded to your original payment method. We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method. Credit/refund will be applied within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product with authorized RMA #.  Credit Card refunds take up to 7-10 business days to post.
  • Warranty Replacement: We offer warranty replacements of any defective and/or non-operational item purchased within the one year warranty period.

I sleep so much better!

I have been using this before bed every night and I sleep better. When my muscles are sore, it's like having a full body heating pad.Easy to assemble and use. Doesn't take up a lot of space.

Durasage Model DIF 5000 Silver

Based on medical advice, I’ve been using this sauna since 2022. Regular use has helped me to clear toxins and improve my overall health. Although the warranty expired, when the control unit had some minor timing irregularities, Durasage replaced the entire sauna with a new one! I highly recommend this excellent sauna and the outstanding customer service support.

Does the job, easy to use

The sauna seems to work very well and easy to use, once you learn how things work. When I received it I thought that the floor mat and the foot pad was missing because when I set it up the floor mat & foot pad were up against the back wall and the foot mat was black and I did not think it was removable and the green fot pad was behind it and until I tried to collapse it to send it back and it popped out. Also the dowel rod hanging on the side wall, there was no explanation for it. Found out you just raise it up once your inside and place it in the holder on the other side. I've had it since January 3rd and all is well.

Good sauna, but the chair it comes with is terrible.

I really like the sauna. It can go all the way up to 150 degrees. The remote also has controls for turning on and off the footpad, so if you don't want to use the footpad, you can keep it turned off. I'm almost 6 feet tall, but I'm able to fit well in the sauna. The only thing I don't like about it is the chair. The back rest of the chair goes way too far back, so you have to lean way back in the chair if you want your back supported. The back rest on the chair is just terrible. So you may want to use a different chair. Other then that its a great sauna!
