Easily wear and conceal your use of muscle stimulation with our wireless pods. The Receiver Pods are 2.35″ in diameter and .55″ in height. Each pod can be adjusted to your liking, and you can run as many pods as you would like on one single system. PlayMakar sells additional pods in pairs of two. You can adjust your pods independently for up to 4 channels but can you can use as many pods per channel as you would like.
Combines 6 TENS programs for pain relief with 8 EMS programs designed for muscle warm-up, strength, endurance, and recovery—giving you complete control before, during, and after activity.
Wireless, expandable pods deliver up to 4 independent channels, allowing you to treat multiple body parts at the same time—or run up to four different programs simultaneously for fully customized therapy.
Program 1 should gently prepare the body for exercise by gradually increasing the heart rate and circulation; this will loosen the joints and increase blood flow to the muscles. Stretching the muscles prepares them for physical activity and prevents injuries.
Programs 2 produces muscle twitches at a low frequency. Ideal for muscle recovery from fatigue to help decrease muscle stiffness. Great for recovery and relaxation following an intense workout.
Program 3 is similar to 2, except that the muscle twitch rate slows down during the session. It feels like a tapping massage, but softer than Program 2. Use it after intense exercise to promote recovery and relaxation.
Program 4 activates the muscle in a short contraction/relaxation cycle. It feels like a kneading massage, smoother than P2/P3. Use it after intense exercise to promote recovery and relaxation.
Program 5 uses a low frequency pulse which may favor slow twitch fibers, for potential development of aerobic capacity and capillary supply. It helps to improve fatigue resistance during long duration and moderate intensity exercise.
Program 6 uses a pulse frequency appropriate to help fast twitch muscle fibers. It may help improve anaerobic capacity and may help improve muscle strength. The exercise comprises of a sequence of work phases separated by longer relaxation phases.
Program 1-4 is great for temporary relief of pain associated with sore and/or aching muscles in the lower back due to strain from exercise or normal household and/or work activities. Comfortable pulsing sensation. The underlying pain should decrease.
Program 5-7 is great or temporary relief of pain associated with sore and/or aching muscles in the upper and lower extremities (arm and/or leg) due to strain from exercise or normal household and work activities. Variable comfortable mild tingling sensation (sensation will appear to come in waves).
Program 8 is for symptomatic relief and management of chronic, intractable pain and relief of pain associated with arthritis. You should feel a variable comfortable tingling and pulsing sensation that comes in waves.

EMS stands for “Electrical Muscle Stimulation”. It is the elicitation of muscle contraction using electrical impulses. EMS helps activate the muscles to assist in the increase of strength and endurance, and to speed up recovery. Once electrode pads are applied onto the skin, the electrical impulses interact with your motor nerves to send signals that cause your muscles to contract. This is the same natural action you feel when you work out your muscles.
