These insoles are great! Super comfortable. I had foot surgery a number of years ago and have struggled to find insoles that work for me. These insoles provide the perfect balance of firmness, softness, and support -- giving my the optimal level of comfort. Since the firmness is provided by a carbon fiber insert, I believe that these insoles will last a long time. The higher price compared to other insoles is well worth it.

Way too short. Ordered the largest size which states up to 14, my size. These are probably good for someone with size 12. The insert looks and feels quality otherwise though

Very comfortable, good quality. Fit my wide feet. I was hoping the carbon would be for the entire insole as that’s what I needed but it stops 60-75% leaving toes exposed to excessive bending that irritates my arthritis in my feet. Otherwise a very good product. If they make one where the entire insole is carbon, fairly stiff and covers 100% of the insole let me know would buy it again. Sizes 9 Men’s 4E.

The Tera Designs carbon fiber insoles with arch supports have been a game-changer for me. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and arthritis in my big toes, so finding the right balance of support and comfort has always been a challenge—but these insoles deliver beautifully. They provide excellent arch support and protect my toes while maintaining a lightweight, responsive feel. I’ve been able to play both pickleball and disc golf with minimal discomfort afterward, which is a huge improvement. I highly recommend them to anyone needing extra support or dealing with foot pain. Just note that because they add a bit of thickness, they work best in wide-width shoes or those with a naturally roomy toe box.

Went to podiatrist to see if my "bunions" were going to need to be surgically repaired. Turns out those aren't bunions but uric acid damage buildup after years of gout flairs. Doctor told me I needed carbon fiber insoles to keep my toes from bending too far back while walking/running especially on inclines. I HAVE to work out just to keep anxiety/depression down so I really need to be physically active.

These awesome Tega carbon fiber insoles with arch support have gotten me back on the road, treadmill, and in the gym again. I'd recently had four running trauma induced gout flairs in two months so it is great to not have that going on again as, so far, these insoles have helped stop that nonsense.

I can't use these in all my shoes as my high arch limits the amount of insole thickness. Some of my shoes/boots just don't have enough vertical room for these to fit with my feet but my Topo runners & hikers work great with these insoles.

My only issue with these insoles is that they are about 1/4 inch short for my size 14 shoes but this hasn't affected my walking/running comfort... just makes the insoles easier for me to put in the shoes so... maybe not an issue after all.

Very happy with my purchase. In fact, as you can see... I bought a 2nd pair!
